         Step 1: Job Position Analysis-We develop and identify with the client the position title, reporting relationships, compensation, education, work experience and personal traits of an "ideal" candidate, then, we identify the client's methods of operation, organizational structure and corporate culture. Additionally, we discuss companies and industries in which potential candidates may be found. We interview all managers/decision makers involved in the hiring process in order to reach clear objectives on job specifications.

         Step 2:Research, Screening and Qualifying: We identify all individuals who may have the qualifications required for the position. Next we determine where we can find the "exceptional" performers who may meet our search requirements. All prospective candidates are contacted to determine interest level and qualifications for the "fit" for the position.

         Step 3 : Interviewing- BART ROBERSON & COMPANY interviews the selected candidates to review and understand their work responsibilities and accomplishments, personal strengths and weaknesses in order to evaluate their performance in the position.

         Step 4 :Presentation- BART ROBERSON & COMPANY then provides the client with the final candidates most qualified for the position. Upon client approval , we then arrange for those candidates to meet and interview with the client.

         Step 5 - Client Interviews: The client decision makers meet with the final candidates to determine the qualification and "fit" for the position.

         Step 6 - Decision and Offer: When all final candidates have been interviewed, BART ROBERSON & COMPANY assists in the final decision process by facilitating compensation, relocating, job offer and final acceptance. We actively assist in determining an appropriate compensation offer, benefits, and incentives to attract highly qualified individuals to your company.
